Fighting for Freya Charity Tournament

How to sign up and play in the tournament

Inspired by Freya, who is the honorary niece of Nordic Noob, this event is to help raise funds for researching Morquio Syndrome, a rare disease that Freya is currently battling. Not only is this event for charity, but it is designed to be a highly competitive event that should introduce players to top tier settings or provide a competitive platform for the Risk veterans who enjoy being challenged. And to add to this, ANY signup will contribute $1 (update, $2 since Loma is matching) to the total that will be donated to research for this. If you would like to donate to help the research efforts and Fight for Freya, you may do so here: https://www.fightingforfreya.org/ , click on the donate button on the top right of the main page, and then input how much to donate. (Note: just select One Time Donation unless you really want to donate monthly.) Also, the top 3 finishers of this will be invited to compete in an exclusive 1 game charity final which will include TheKillPeteStrategy, Nordic Noob, the tournament organizer (or Loma if the tournament organizer is already qualified via the tournament) prior and said top 3 finishers.

The tournament is formatted as double elimination with voice chat allowed. It is designed to be very challenging and high level, but it is also meant to be for a great cause!
